10/4/2014 - 9:15 PM - UPDATE I went to watch Abbys cheer competition this morning, Afterwards, I headed to Athens. When I got there Val was in bed watching TV. I got him shaved and told him he was going to have to start shaving himself. When he first got to Heritage I went out and bought him a bunch of button up shirts. Now they want him to wear golf shirts because they stretch and will be easier for Val to learn to put them on by himself with one arm. Thank goodness he has lots of golf shirts - almost as many as I have pairs of shoes!!! He had had PT earlier in the day and did well. We watched the Georgia game. He had his dinner - jambalaya, rice, carrots and emerald pears (green food color). He ate 25-50% of his meal. I got him all settled in and came home just in time to beat the traffic from the GA game. Hoping he has a restful night. Thank you Lord for the blessing of progress. I pray there is more progress to be made for Val.
