10:50 a.m. EST The hardware issues that were identified overnight have had priority attention by our engineers this morning. They have been upgrading various systems, which has resulted in multiple services coming back online. Many of you have been inquiring about academic sources, so we’re happy to announce that the Library database is now online and available for your use. Furthermore, you should be able to get on Blackboard with the understanding that regularly saving your work will avoid a loss of effort. We will continue to post further updates as more systems come online.
