Pasteurized Fruit Juice 5. Cereal 6. Oatmeal 7. Commercial coffee on an empty stomach 8. Granola 9. Bagels 10. Margarine 11. Soy milk and non organic/non fermented soy products If these items are so healthy, why is health so rare in the people who consume them? The fact is that were taught the wrong information, so we live in a constant state of perpetual crisis. The attack on our health is relentless and not only is our food polluted, when it hits our plates, were taught that the worst foods are good for us.
