10 November2013, Kathmandu In view of band declared by Maoist from tomorrow,Government has recently assured people to protect their right& property. But people are not sure about such assurance. We can test the result only tomorrow whether Government can really do so. But question is who will dare to drive his vehicle in band time. And who will like to be in the trap&target of such bund activists. If one recalls the past experience of band, it may not be encouraging and difficult to believe in assurance of Government. But one assurance of home minister that in case band activists come in front police will catch them and arrest them by putting in van seems difficult to implement. There is not such number of security personnels to do so. Though Government shall even use traffic police to curve and control the situation. To day it is noticed, there were very less number of traffic police in the traffic posts and road to control the vehicle movement. Any way let us hope for better. But such confrontation can not bring happiness and peace to Nepalese people.
