He stormed out of the meeting of elders of Delta North on the eve of the primary election when they begged him to step down and even was ready to sacrifice another position for him so as they all give serious backing to Okowas ambition. 2.He gave the highest bidder: After he stormed out of the Delta a north Elders meeting, Ochei went viral with dollar rain by offering the highest amount if money to all delegates, sending his agents to visit each hotel where delegates were and offering them un rejected huge sums in foreign currency. 3.He openly boasted if he is not the governor of a delta a state from Anioma extraction,he will ensure no Anioma get there come 2015. He made that statement when some ppl were sent to him immediately he stormed out of the meeting. Was he saying this in annoyance or he he was doing it to Favour himself and that of his pay masters? 4.He further caries out his threat by fielding candidates in all federal house of rep, Doris Ugboho is from Okowa constituency, Ngozi Okolie OSHIMILI. He is doing this in order to destabilize the minds of the people of Anioma so as to have divided votes. It shows that he has longed been rejected by the ppl. What could have been the reason for such, it shows lack of trust, it is a shame that not even one stood for him? 9.
