10 RULES FOR GETTING RIPPED! 1. Eat protein at every meal. 2. Always eat breakfast (and apply rule #1) 3. Eat protein before and after training 4. Eat fruits and veggies like crazy (but still love meat). 5. Eat salad with almost every dinner. Just buy the premixed salads – pretty cheap and super-fast to make. Dump some olive oil and balsamic vinegar and you’re good-to-go. 6. Don’t drink sugared drinks (most of the time). 7. Avoid wheat and eat rice/quinoa/potatoes instead. 8. Train regularly with intensity (duh) 9. Try different workouts.. 10.Creatine, take it post-workout.
