Are there no prosperous men in the town where a king should come from? Why should such a high profile personality be born by a man who has failed in his marriage responsibilities to take care of his pregnant wife while in a journey? Such questions are products of Arrogance Of Riches and Deceit Of Wealth Mostly, this is the kinds of arrogance of riches and deceit of wealth of those who dont know the ways of God. They are not rich in knowledge and they lack divine direction and understanding many a times. The language that they easily understand is how much will I be paid?, what will be my interest in this?, What do I stand to gain from this?, This materialistic approach to life together with egocentric behaviours might not be seen as pride but they are far from humility. A times most rich persons do not easily accept corrections from those whom they assume to be wealthier than. What do you think that you know that I dont know? What do you think that you have that I dont have? These questions are usually in the form of, if you really have all these wisdom andunderstanding that you claim to have from God, why are am I richer than you. What do you think that made God to bless me more than you? What do you think that you can teach me about God that I dont know, is another question mostly asked by the so called rich. Can it be true that the richer knows God better? What of these two parables,The Rich Fool, The Rich Man and Lazarus? When we talk of being saved and being set free, the rich feels free and saved already from all loads of life. The rich catches fun and gets pleasures as much as they want. To them, It is good to serve God. Cant you look around me and see that my God is good or are you blind? Those who should need this yourrepentance and deliverance messages are those poor church rats who are under the yoke of poverty. As for me says the rich, my own god is good. In short, it is good to serve God. To most of them who speaks like this, the god that they really recognize is MONEY. CNC
