WHY IS AKPABIO SOSCARED OF UMANA UMANA? 3. WHAT IS THE BOND BETWEEN THIS TWO AND WHY IS IT SO STRONG THAT UMANA UMANA GETS ALL HE WANTS IN THIS ADMINISTRATION AT THE SNAP OF A FINGER?
