10 Steps to Weight Loss & Healthy Living 1. Keep a food & exercise journal. 2. Eat out less (1 time a week) 3. Eat breakfast that contains at least 15g of protein and is balanced. 4. 3-5 Fruits & Veggies each day. 5. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. 6. Drink more water. (1/2 your body weight in oz.) 7. Eat 1 serving or less of sweet or salty food each day. 8. Eat smaller portions. 9. Choose more nutrient dense foods. 10. Do not drink soft drinks.
