10 WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE. Looking to set up a 7am (or potentially a little earlier) group for a 10 week period starting October, on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The 12 weeks will be for a maximum of 4 people and will focus on strength movements to demonstrate the benefits that strength training can make to your body shape along with nutritional guidance. Were going to be training 3 times a week for 10 weeks! This is a big commitment with the aim of big results in time for the Christmas period! It is not meant to be easy so you need to be dedicated - can you handle it? As there will only be 4 people in the group youll get much more individual time spent perfecting technique as well as tailoring the workouts a lot more around you. Personal training benefits at an affordable price! Looking for males and females with limited strength training experience and CV junkies!
