10 YEARS AGO ON THIS DATE: Matt Kraemer started his first day at Endurance Rehab! It took guts to join Endurance Rehab as Endurance was a new company, only a year old. It took determination to grow as a young Physical Therapist. It took grip strength strong enough to crush an apple with his bare hand to be able to heal our athletes with ASTYM. It took a good sense of humor to handle the environment - who am I kidding he created the ridiculous environment with that mouth that belongs in a circus . Most importantly and seriously it took an EXTREMELY supportive wife! Thanks Tracie! Matt has been invaluable to Endurance Rehab, our staff and our patients. Cant thank him enough for truly caring about his patients, staff and this company. If Matt and I went to a Halloween party dressed as Batman and Robin , Id go as Robin. Thats how much you mean to me. Cant wait to see what the next 10 years bring!
