10 steps to transforming 1. Quit blaming everyone! You made yourself fat, your the one who will make yourself slim. Personal responsibility take it! 2. Drink 3 litres of water a day! 3. Stop buying and eating shit! Its not your genes, its your shopping basket thats making you fat! 4. Eat 3 meals a day everyday. No sawdust and lettuce! Eat like a king! 5.Three days a week for 15 minutes from home is enough to stop wobbling. So stop lying that you dont have time! 6. If its says low fat or zero sugar. It will make you fat! Eat real food! 7: lift weights! Men and women this will boost your metabolism and work every muscle in your body. 8. Fix your gut health! From years and years of eating processed shit, binge eating, not eating to lose weigt and being on stupid diets. This is why you look pregnant. This is why you cant shit when you eat healthy. This is why so many people are nuts. Restore the healthy bacteria in your gut and boom you wont look up the duff and you want be nuts! 9. Learn to switch off! 10 minutes a day practice working in. This will chill you out and de stress you. Or eat cake, drink wine then moan you cant lose weight! 10. Eat in abundance and base 90 percent of your meals around meat, fish, veg,fruit, nuts,seeds, herbs and spices For anyone this post offends. Dead simple dont come back to the page.
