10 things you might not know about me 1. I love watching lowbrow comedies with my husband, John Kuhl. If you ever want to hear a line from Dumb & Dumber, Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein or Beer Fest, Im your gal. 2. I am also a huge fan of Weird Al Yankovic. Gwen was 5 or 6 the first time she heard Beat It, and she commented, This sounds like Eat It. 3. Aptitude tests I took a few years ago said I should be an architect or landscaper. 4. I have a terrible fear of throwing up. I think I was 27 the last time it happened. Never barfed during pregnancy. 5. I am in pain at least 80 percent of the time, thanks to an injury I sustained on my honeymoon. (Pause for laughter.) We were downhill skiing, and I got a concussion, dislocated my left shoulder, and bruised myself up really badly. 6. France is the only country I have visited in the Eastern hemisphere. Although my mother & sister are world travelers, my only other travel has been limited to North America and the Carribean. 7. I was a headbanger many years ago. I was also a male magnet. 8. I have some famous relatives, including Mark Harmon of CSI fame. I think hes my 4th cousin, and no, I have never met him. 9. I am a big geek for beauty in nature, like waterfalls and double rainbows. 10. I talk to myself too much.
