10 year old little Missy is in real trouble. Reportedly found as a stray, it turns out that this little one has open Pyometra that requires surgery asap. ACC has decided that if no one takes her out of Manhattan ACC tonight, they will euthanize Missy tomorrow. So right now, Missy needs a ton of help. She needs a rescue to pull her and get her to a decent vet right away. But this will likely be costly surgery so rescues need help to pay for her care. Then any rescue that pulls her will need a foster in whose home Missy will recuperate. If you can be that foster, start applying to NH rescues to foster or adopt Missy. And if you can’t do that, start pledging any amount towards the cost of her care. But don’t delay—ACC has already decided she has to go and at noon tomorrow, they’ll solve their problem by making her gone forever.
