10 years is a long time....an entire decade has passed since we first embarked on the single most amazing oppurtunity that any one of us could have dreamed of...up until that point in our young lives, anyways!! We busted our asses, worked as hard as we could, and with the help of Miss. Dombkowski, we made it to Arizona!! We got to work with two NASA Scientists as we analyzed our own image of Mars, The Promethi Terra Region. For one week, our little group of smart, yet still naive eighth graders were college kids at Arizona State University!! Hell, we even had time to make it to the Grand Canyon!! The memories still come back, like Whataburger, Oh, What a Night and that freezing cold pool at the hotel!! Happy 10th Anniversary, Mars Rockets!! Although we may have grown up and gone separate ways, Arizona will always hold that one little link between us all!! with Shawn Michael, David M.
