100 Day Challenge! Whos in? Well to it together! Each day you add to the number of repetitions you do of an exercise. For example if you choose push ups, on day 1 you do 1, on day 2 you do 2, day 45 you do 45 etc all the way to 100. They dont have to all be completed at one time but they do need to be done all in that day! So you choose what you are willing to do for yourself, what commitment your health is with making! Select 1,2,4,7 exercises. Comment on this post which exercises you are going to do and we will support each other through it. Here are some to choose from, or make your own, but you have to respond in the comments so we all will know what they are: sit-ups or crunches, push-ups, squats, burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, dips, bicep/tricep curls, any machines you like at a gym, plank, wall sit, high knees, but kick, running (for those type that are time based you hold it for that many seconds such as plank and wall sit etc). Ok so today is actually day 2! So whatever you choose you do 2 of them! Im choosing 5: squats, burpees, mountain climbers, curtsy squats, dips. Lets do it together! Cant wait to see which friends join in with me! No excuses pick your comfort zone and your exercise but commit!
