100 Faces.... This montage shows an image of each kilometer point along the entire 100km Ned Kelly Chase course. The 26 October 2014 event encompasses a 100km and 50km solo run, 4 x 25km relay run, 100km Cycle Challenge, 100km RunNBike (2 people complete the course together with a single bike) and a 10km fun run. The route is 100% sealed, flat and fast. It utilises the world renowned Murray to Mountains Rail Trail, cycle paths along the Ovens River and One Mile Creek in Wangaratta and the Rail Trail from Wangaratta to the Milawa Gourmet Region. The course works its way through the beautiful North East region of Victoria, Australia through the countryside where the notorious bushranger Ned Kelly roamed in the late 1800s. Entrants are treated to an 1880s buffet dinner after the event which includes ox tail soup, mutton stew, shepherds pie, bread and butter pudding and wine trifle among a myriad of other delights.
