100 push ups, 100 squats and 8 mins of planks..... All of these exercises target the abs and well as the entire body. Good luck my friends and I encourage you to finish out this challenge and enjoy your new workout for the week. If we were to do this workout straight it would take no more then 15 minutes of the day. However, since you are able to break this up throughout the day and get this little workout in no matter where you are, you should be able to get this done. Keep up the good work and your body will thank you for it! You can devote 15 mins of your day to a healthier you right?
