103.2 fever has its charms just like dilapidated main streets across small towns have theirs. Small towns have a quaintness about them that Americans traveling abroad call 3rd World ugliness and lack of infrastructure overseas. Different standards apply when you speak of self and when of another. Our failures and ugliness are call charming and quaint. That of other nations are termed underdeveloped. But with high fever, I fell toasty warm for the first time. Usually I am cold. This too shall pass just as Main Streets across America might yet see a Renaissance.
