105.9 SEASIDE-FM News - Shortly after 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, HRP received a complaint of two men who had climbed to the top of the crane in the construction site located at Argyle and Prince Streets in Halifax. The men were eventually talked down from the crane and arrested for being drunk in a public place contrary to section 87(1) of the Liquor Control Act and being on property where entry is prohibited by notice contrary to section 3(1)(e) of the Protection of Property Act. They were held in custody until sober. The case remains under investigation in relation to criminal charges.
