#10703-Hi All, This is not a confession rather a query. I am on bench and LOP right now in a different country other than my base location in India and I wish to resign now. My query is If I file eSep than do I need to be present physically at my base location in India? I believe only resignation acceptance letter is provided by the company on the last day. Do I need to collect personally or if requested, the company can send it to my permanent address in India? Also, Since I am on bench and on LOP, what would be the likely notice period ?
