#10809-Yesterday I had a dream. I have become a boss. My current TL, PM, SPM, GPM and DM are developers and reporting to me. My PM did not finish his task in time and I yell at him. I then call my GPM and tell him that I am cancelling his leave on Friday because we are short of billable hours this month. I then promise my DM that I will process his VISA this time while I internally already know that he stands no chance as I dont gave enough slots. My SPM complains about working hours and lack of experts in the team. I assign him 3 freshers trained in a completely different technology and tell him to make them subject matter experts in one week. My TL wants a role change and I say sure..next time for sure and laugh out loud inside my head. Thats when I woke up and realized its all a dream. DC- PUNE Yoj- 2010
