11,04 a.m. Have just finished the meeting with Ms. Maria Luisa Tolop, She welcomed the idea of BLDF working with ALS on piloting projects and developing modules for the engagement of out-of-school youth under the Informal Employment and Sustainable Livelihood Projects. one-month course on refrigeration with Boy Duce and the Duces Air-conditioning Service Centre; trying out approaches to scale up production and marketing of native chicken; growing marketable products in idle or unproductive land; and planning in detail the Bikes Tour project for Baclayon with Dutch Volunteer, Marit Meijer. In two weeks time, Ms. Tolop will give us a list of 10 unemployed persons who will be interviewed by Mr. Boy Duce prior to the commencement of the course. Note to Amarish Duce: lets start drafting the modules and preparing the budget. What tools are needed so we can prepare the budget? Lets plan to meet with you when you are free.
