11/5/2013, 6:14 AM Psalm 31 23 O love the LORD, all ye his saints: for the LORD preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer. LOVE IS FAITH-FULL Thank God for faith that is fully active, expressive, and fruitful. That is the kind of faith that produces life in abundance. Love the Lord, do it in secret, do it in public, and do it in the midst of Gods family, that there be no hiding place in your living, and confessing. That way there is nothing hidden in your life, or in your expression of it, as Christ becomes your very life, and expression. In this way it is even more than a confessing, it is a living, and forgiving. And plentifully rewardeth the proud doer. God doesnt even have to raise a finger, as he reaps a plentiful crop of resentment by those who see right through him, as he sets himself so high above others. He busily digs his own grave as far as his spiritual, and social standing. Romans 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Even in our faith we can be proud, and arrogant if we are not careful. The very faith that not only teaches humility but demonstrates it in the greatest of ways. Jesus as man would take absolutely no credit for anything He said, or did, but admit it was given Him of the Father. God help us to serve Him in the same Spirit wherewith He served the Father. The greater works of Jesus are these, first, and foremost that He allows us to do anything in His name. Its only in this humility that we will be allowed into His works, which are what we do because of the power of His name, and the resurrecting power of the Holy Spirit. Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD. HOPE THE VERY FOUNDATION OF THE STRENGTH THAT GOD GRANTS There comes that word we wrestle with, wait. Hope screams it out at us, You have the faith, now have the wait. Faith helps us run the race, and yet at the same time teaches us to wait, hope. Jesus waited all the way back in eternity for His life, and His death as a man, not for a reward, but for the prize of all mankind the salvation of their souls, and the fullness of their lives, eternal, and abundance of life. NOT OF EARTH DOES IT MATTER Not of earth does it matter, for I see the celestial glow, Earth is so full of clatter, now His peace do fully sow. That the planting may be fertile, Jesus Christ to know, Time then shall be productive in the Holy Spirits flow.
