11/5/20xx. Stratford Arena. Parking lot. Portal full of uglies and my day just got worse. I dont know where they came from but theyre slaughtering people and collecting their souls in glass lantern like objects. I need to stop them before all of L.A. becomes over run by other worldly monsters. The MMA bout can wait,if it isnt cancelled already. I have souls to save.... Where are these Halloween rejects coming from?! Alastor,any answers? The mystical blade that houses the soul of an ancient swordsman remain silent as Volt slashes through monsters and civilians get to safety. Oh great....flying things. Decaying lizard guy.... Volt sways back avoiding the skeleton swiping at him while he shoots off his knee caps and decapitates it with his blade. Creepy skeletor lookin thing...Maybe I should start doing Michael Jacksons Thriller and Ill dance them back to hell or wherever they came from. Meanwhile...at a rooftop from across the arena. A man bides his time,smoking a cigarette as Volt takes on the army of the undead himself. Tough guy but dang...does this guy ever shut up? He readies his hand on the trigger. His large demon wolf looks ominously,awaiting his masters command. Volt lets off a volley off bullets, slashing at others with his blade and taking out many others with his grenades and electrical wave attacks but eventually,the horde starts to overwhelm him. Skeletal monstrosities dog pile him and cling at him to contain him while he gets stabbed by blades and arrows. Chains of Misery... Volt said in a thought to Alastor. Alastor acknowledges the attack command with an eerie glow. Electrical currents flow through as Volt sheathes his sword and holsters Reaper and Strife for a moment. In an earth shattering surge, Volt flings off the skeletal figures and slams his fist into the ground producing a shockwave that burns off the rest that were on him. Bladed Chains,sprout forth from his forearms. Alastor electrifies them and grants Volt superhuman speed. In a whirling dervish of destruction, Volt starts to lash out and decimate the undead with his chains. Some reduced to ash, some reduced to body parts...civilians more and more were escaping as the vile horde focused its attention on Volt. In a maddening moment, Volt takes out as much as he can...only to stop and notice many more pouring out of the portals. His chains clank loudly on the floor as he starts to tire out. Sh*t....I have to shut off those portals somehow... A stray bullet then zings by Volts ear and takes out a lizard man lunging at him. A heavily armed man with a trenchcoat,smoking a cig and a demon wolf following closely behind leaps across rooftops and lamp posts to hurry to his location. About time. Volt said. With a loud thud,Asher enters the fray. The ground rumbles upon his landing. Shadow snarls as he takes his place by his masters side. Did ya miss me? Asher smirks as he takes a puff of his cig. Are you actually gonna come help or ghost out like you did lately? Volt says while sheathing his chains and drawing his guns at the undead. Stop being a p*ssy. You have a healing factor. Put your big boy ninja pants on and lets do this. Asher said. Hey....f*ck you,Twilight... Volt says with a grin. The undead starts to surround them as the three heroes stand at the ready. I came here for a bout. Get paid. Asher turns to Volt. I know. I used you as bait. You and I seemed to have something in common in that we both p*ssed off an evil god. Thought Id follow and draw them to ya. Confirm my suspicions. You mutherf*cker... Asher shrugs at Volts remark. You mind explaining to me what the hell is goin on? Volt said. Death is coming... Asher said as he slammed his large chainsaw blade into the ground,revving it up. The monstrous undead then close in on the three. Asher revs his chainsaw blade loudly, runs snarling and baring his fangs while Volt dispatches the others flanking their direction with Reaper and Strife. Shadow then rushes off to save civilians while burning a path through.
