11/7/14 PRESS RELEASE 1. Thomas J. Zurzuski Jr., age 31, of 111 Roosevelt Ave., Endicott, NY Arrested on 11/5/14 at 4:56 PM for Violation of Probation, Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Material 1st. These charges resulted from Zurzuski Jr. having a warrant issued for failing to appear for probation. Zurzuski Jr. was arrested following a probation hearing in the Village of Owego. He was remanded to the Tioga County Jail and is to appear before Judge Gerry Keene, Tioga County Court, at a later date. 2. Herbert W. Truesdail, age 30, of 32 Spaulding Hill Rd., Owego, NY Arrested on 11/7/14 at 12:50 PM for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, Unlicensed Operator, and No/Inadequate Headlights. These charges resulted from a vehicle stop on State Route 17C in the town of Owego. Truesdail was issued appearance tickets to appear before Justice Ronald Bell, Town of Owego Court, on 11/11/14. 3. Kenneth J. Gardner, age 17, of 400 Tracy Creek Rd., Vestal, NY Arrested on 11/5/14 at 7:20 PM for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Mischief, and Harassment. These charges resulted from an investigation of a domestic dispute. Gardner was issued appearance tickets to appear before Justice John Schumacher, Town of Owego Court on 11/13/14. 4. Adam D. Morneau, age 23, of 1797 Cornell Hollow Rd., Endicott, NY Arrested on 11/6/14 at 12:05 PM for Burglary 3rd, Criminal Mischief 3rd, and Grand Larceny 3rd. These charges resulted from a warrant issued by the Village of Candor Court. Morneau was released from and arrested at the Broome County Jail. Morneau was arraigned before Justice Les Swartz, Village of Candor Court, and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $15,000 bail or $30,000 bond. Morneau is to reappear before Justice Swartz on 12/1/14.
