11/7/2010 STRAIT Blood spurts all over the area Wailing sounds and sharp cries Not animal crackling or insect chirps But emotional piece and stains to the heart Filled and flooded the area That day (sobs..) that day (sobs...) That day shall stay on for ever Boom was the sound Doom was the result Gloomy were the faces around Must it always be this way Guns and bombshells I say not Resilient fears tomorrow As a result of todays blast Is life so small Soccer united us And painted smiles on our faces Evil and ill hearts crushed Leaving a hole in our souls Brothers, sisters and friends All departed in a rush Without a word for us Is this what we desire To change sun light in to monstrous moon Dark skies lingered that day The pregnant cloud would not give birth There would be no one to receive her child. Cry, cry the beloved mother Tears as much as the lake Her daughter and son gone forever To where they will meet many others Sob, sob dear father All that is left is The memories shall stay Pictures and clips will remain The walls shall hold thy image But the grave shall keep the body remains.
