11 Basic Principles 2 Raising Our Children: 1.) Give quality time..they need us. invest in their eternity 2.) Listen to them carefully. So they will listen to you 3.) Admit as a parent when wrong. So they will respect you 4.) Love them unconditionally , regardless of defects 5.) Discipline them by being motivated by the desire to protect them. 6.) Motivate them to be all they can be. Look their best, do their best, be their best. 7.) Lead them to fully understand their ultimate accountability is to Almighty God. 8.) Tell them the Most important is A Personal intimate relationship with Jesus. Relationship, Prayer, fellowship, communion with Jesus . If we dont have it as parents we cant teach it to them. 9.) Make sure they spend time daily in the word of God. Reading the word, being in prayer for direction in life. They cant live a Godly life without knowing the word of God. 10.) Etch in their minds God has a plan for their lives. Regarding career marriage relationship etc. 11.) Teach them to obey God and leave all the consequences to Him. TRUST HIM!
