11 Days and counting! I LOVE my lifting routine BUT Im really excited about pushing myself to my MAX. When I joined as a coach, my first transformation came with following a Shaun T program and that was exactly what I needed to shed those last few pounds. Im hoping this MAX30 situation is the same for me this time around, because stubborn baby weight is no fun, and although I havent stepped on a scale in over a week, Im ready to feel sweaty and lean! My LONGEST group since before I was pregnant is going down starting Dec. 8th!
