There is no report from the tourism police unit opposing the release of my client and this indicates that its beyold reasonable doubt that my client is not involved in this offense,” added Kinyanjui. Kinyanjui said his client has been working as a registered tour guide at Fort Jesus area for a long time, only that at the time of the incident his license had expired and awaiting renewal. He prayed the court to give a fair ruling to his client considering that he has been in custody since Sunday and that he has cooperated well with the police during the investigation to catch up with the involved criminals.
