11 years ago, I married the most beautiful, considerate, intelligent, kind, and loving girl. While circumstances will change over the years, our values and principles remain unchanged. Since its our 11th anniversary, let me recount 11 fabulous things about our married life: 1) Being blessed with twice the number of awesome family members - definitely win-win for all! 2) Having a warm and comfortable home to return to at the end of hectic, energy sapping days at work. 3) Energising ourselves by communing regularly with Gods great gifts of nature - we much prefer a park to a mall anytime. 4) Complementing each others strengths and weaknesses (usually her strength and my weakness). 5) Comforting each other, and dispelling our fears, worries and concerns with the warm embrace of love. 6) Having the most wonderful smiley boy as our son to love, cherish, teach, and raise. 7) Knowing that you have somebody fully behind you, no matter what you have done (or not done). 8) Resolving any differences of opinion or minor tiffs before the day ends. This is always a standing rule. 9) Giving and taking without keeping score - ever. 10) Putting the needs, preferences, and wants of each other before ourselves. 11) Most importantly, spending time and enjoying each others company, wherever we may be.
