11 years ago this week…. Me: But I won’t know what to do. My Dad: And you’re not going to find out until you do it. Me: How will I make it work? My Dad: My answer isn’t changing, Brian. Me: What happens if I fail? My Dad: You’ll learn, grow and discover important things you don’t know now. Me: I’m confused about what I need to do after I start. My Dad: And that’s going to remain a mystery until you actually start… I used to create incredible amounts of complexity in my life by over-thinking the process. This conversation helped me uncover the simplicity of action. Because uncertain action is worth far more than certain inaction. And you are - right now - sitting on a dream. Hesitating on simply starting. Just like I used to. It’s worth noting that within months of having this chat, I began creating the idea that eventually became an internationally successful company. For 8 years, it filled my life with joy and brought me financial freedom. So start. Without knowing where it’s going to lead or how you’re going to get there.
