111 days straight no break working out and I have hit down as low as 184 on scale. I have not declared this as official weight just yet. 188i will at this time because if I still eat too much junk food in a day or two my body even after workout can bounce up to 192 just from retaining salt and then the water from the poor diet. I know in a day or two if I stay sway from junk food 184 will come back. When 187 is high from retention. And 184 is common I will declare it. Point here if you are trying to tone up (working out is great) if weight loss is goal then if over 30 what you eat is as if not more important to it. Since I used to be and can be heavy salts tend to cause me a lot of issues when I am cutting weight. 2days bad stating I saw weight from 184 at low to 192 high in 1.5-2 days. All retention of water from excess salt.
