112 DAYS OF CARNAGE | DAY 74 THURSDAY | VLOG #77 | THE COMEBACK youtu.be/YrAQt18dxD4 We won the grand final last night, it was awesome and tops off the year with another trophy to the collection. Now it is time to put the pool cue down for a while and focus on other areas of life. In this VLOG I honestly open up about how I have been going and the mistakes I have made. A big moment occurred while I was doing today’s cardio; it was that I remembered the last time I ‘gave up’ when I got so close to my goal. I reflected and thought about how I have been rationalizing myself into sabotage due to a fear of success. Once I was able to realize this I smashed the success barrier, realigned myself with my original goal and setup a new plan to reach it. I elaborate on the 4 main mistakes I have made this year with dieting: 1. I did not manage recovery as best as possible 2. My food choices were not optimal 3. I did not manage all levels of stress in a healthy manner [reliance on food]. 4. Not enough ‘down time’ [relaxing activities]. Yes its official, I have decided to go back to the goal of reaching 67kg. The final carnage commences and I believe I am now ready to reach my life long goal once and for all and finish out 2014 proud.
