119 Days before “Ending Corporal Punishment in School Acts,” - TopicsExpress

119 Days before “Ending Corporal Punishment in School Acts,” reaches its third expiration date (January 2, 2015); bill number: HR 5005. I just have a quick question for the general American public. We all know about the Jewish holocaust and concentration camps that took place during that shameful era of history. If the Jewish community in America and abroad learned that “concentration camps” exist in the back roads of 19 US states just as they did under Hitler’s leadership would there be any meaningful outcry from the Jewish community here or abroad to bring this humiliating racist brutal practice to an end? Would the children of the Jewish population who suffered under such conditions behave like, “...yeah we know it, but...whatever!” Why is it that in 19 US states American “educators” are empowered to use ole’ slave master’s paddle under John Kline’s leadership just as it was used on plantation-slaves. When children of former plantation-slaves find out that this humiliating racist brutal practice exists--from parents to principals to legislators--there is no meaningful outcry at large to bring this practice to an end; the children of former slaves treat it like, “...yeah, we know it, but...whatever!” Hmmmmh? Proverbs 5: 21 ~ “For a man’s ways are in full view of the LORD, and he examines all his paths.” NEW JERSEY, A NON-U.S. PUPIL-BEATING STATE; THE FIRST STATE TO BAN SCHOOL BEATINGS. New Jersey banned school beatings in 1867. Why? Because New Jersey Governor Marcus Lawrence at the time was co-author of the “Emancipation Proclamation” which freed* plantation-slaves. Governor Ward, being a man ahead of his time and known to be a bit of a rebel, declared the wooden board to be a “slave-tool.” He said that he would be a hypocrite to leave this practice in his schools after his participation in creating a document to set those enslaved free. *Read this amendment slowly (the 13th)...notice the word “EXCEPT” and how it correlates with the high population of Black American males incarcerated--the population most widely encouraged by its own race to be struck for discipline (youtu.be/m-1OaAP38Sw). Likewise, regarding the use of “corporal punishment,” federal law terms such practice as “cruel and unusual” (8th amendment)...“EXCEPT” for schoolchildren (see p 52 in “The Umbrella of Power,” Dr. Noam Chomsky, Harvard Professor of Law). Tomorrow: US pupil-beating states Kansas and Wyoming. AZ Op! SafeChildEnvironmentS@gmail, TheHittingStopsHere Contact us and say, “How can I help?”: facebook/groups/259691040902980
