11th Chapter, Day 21: EleFan: For the love of elephants (and other giant animals) I have mentioned a number of times that I credit Oneness and Deekshas (hands-on blessings) with transforming my life. Thanks to the amazing Ashiatsu therapist and co-founder of Oneness New Orleans, Sara Albee, I was introduced to Oneness maybe a year and a half ago. nolablissmassage is Sara’s website. My meditation practice truly began with Oneness, despite many attempts on my own. Now, I am at a point where, in the right setting, I can fall into or rise into an alpha state beyond words. My whole being is bless-ed. Tonight, I participated in a “yantra mantra” concert, streamed online from Houston, given by “awakened” Oneness exemplar, Anette Carlstrom, from Sweden.
