12/03/2014 Today’s Meditation: Mark 8:22-26 Seeing But Blind Then He put His hands on his eyes again and made him look up. And he was restored and saw everyone clearly Mark 8:25. Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; But happy is he who keeps the law Prov 29:18. It is one thing to open the eyes; it is another thing to see. There is a positive correlation between movement and seeing. Those who are blind are disadvantaged especially in movement. To be blind physically is bad but to see and lack vision is worse. The two physical eyes of a man are actually a decorative organ when that man has no vision for life. The difference between a man who is living and the man who merely exists is vision. The purpose of life is vision; it is vision that governs the life of a man. A visionless man has no life. He eats, sleeps and wakes up every day waiting for death. A real man that has a life has something he is living for; he has a vision. A man who will be on top must see clearly; the same is true for a man who will lead. A man can never be better or go farther than his vision. When a man begins to see men as trees, there is a serious problem. Such a man needs a second touch of Jesus. In actual fact, if you are a Christian, go for the second touch and a third and fourth touch if need be until you can see clearly; until you can catch a vision for life. Your vision is what will stand you out among the crowd at the end of the day. A visionless man is lost and will never be relevant in his generation. I am a product of my vision and so are you. I am where I am now doing what I am doing because of the vision I see. Where I am today are what I saw yesterday and where I will be tomorrow, I am already there today in my vision. Vision is not a wish, it is not an ambition. For a child of God, his vision is the revelation of the mind of God for His existence. The vision is the purpose for which God has destined him. Until you discover this, I am afraid, you have no life! Beloved, do you have a vision? What are you living for? Are you running another man’s life or you are in control running your own race? Look, the secret of fulfilment and inner peace is to seeing yourself actualising your vision. There is nothing that gives a man joy and fulfilment than seeing the purpose of his life coming to pass. I am a preacher; I exist to help men discover the purposes of God for their existence. Every time I speak and men’s lives are transformed, I am a fulfilled man. My fulfillment is not in the material possessions I have; it is in the fulfilment of my vision. I have something I am living for and for which I am prepared to die. I want to die on my duty post; that is my vision. Ensure that you are living for something; be sure you are a man/woman of vision. Be sure you get to the mind of God to “download” the purpose of God for your life. The place to get your vision is in the heart of the one who designed you; your God. You will not be able to do that until you have an established relationship with Him. With all your getting, get a vision. Pray until your eyes are opened to the purpose of your life. Don’t just do what everybody is doing because you are not everybody; you are you. You must not rest until you discover that uniqueness in you. I command every form of spiritual blindness to disappear from you in Jesus name. I decree, let there be light in your life in Jesus name. From today, your life will take a new speed by the power of the Most High in Jesus name. Have a lovely day; it is well with you.
