12/08/2013: Because I will “hit the ground running” as they say, when I get home from officiating at my niece’s and her partner’s very special ceremony in Bali, I have been working madly to finish off some ceremonies before I go. The day after I arrive home, I am celebrating another marriage in our garden. I have also written a “Shop Naming” ceremony for a friend’s official business opening the following Saturday. I have never written a ceremony to name a shop before and it was a bit of a challenge, but one that I enjoyed immensely. I have two more weddings booked for September and October is the month for child Name-Giving ceremonies (I have three). One of these is for a gorgeous little girl. I married mum and dad three years ago and officiated at the Name-giving ceremony for her sister a year later. How lucky I am to have such fabulous clients around me!
