12.11.14 +1 Took a timeout after leaving a meeting frustrated... reflected. +1 Listened to the music below on my way home... it felt good. +2 Presence... Celebrated my husbands birthday. Having been present for much of this month, this celebration was pulled off quite simply and I believe it was nearly all he wanted... with a couple added details that I came up with on my own :) -1 Presence... At a meeting yesterday afternoon I became frustrated... I started replaying all the times in my head that I had heard all that we were being told--- the usual blah, blah, blah and did not handle myself professionally. +5 Sent an email to all the teamies that were present for my disgruntled state of being... apologized for becoming unprofessional... thanked them for making the best decision in my absence that would benefit our students education. Check-In... Wasnt in a good place last night to check-in.
