12/22/14 Are You Willing To Go Through The Process One of the greatest experiences Ive ever had was witnessing my childrens birth. Watching them come into the world brought tears of joy to my eyes. However, if you were to ask my wife about the experience, she would say the labor pains were of the most pain she experienced in her life. Nonetheless, we both agree that through her labor we both experienced beautiful blessings from God. Are you experiencing some labor pains in your life? Are you ready to give up or are you willing to go through the process to reach the promise? Many of us want to receive blessings without doing what it takes to get it. We rather go through the microwave process instead of enduring the heat and fire of the oven experience. To be honest who wouldnt? However, sometimes we need to go through the fire to appreciate Gods blessings. Pain and frustration may be a part of the process. Continue to push! Pray until something happens. Dont give up! Your decision to press through the process will allow you to receive the promise. John 16:20-21 Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy. A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world.
