12/29/2014 • Deanna on Expedia Excellent hotel and owners treat you like family My sisters and I stayed only one night at the hotel and we could not have been happier. The room was comfortable, clean and lovely. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the toiletries are something I wish I could buy here in the states. When we made our reservations, the owner emailed us to tell us about the hotel, as well as a map with directions, information about the city and offered to reserve our tickets for the Accademia Gallery. I agreed to have him reserve our tickets, which I am glad I did, and he emailed us back with the confirmation details the next day. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Accademia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and the Santa Maria Novella Station. However, the best part of the hotel is the owner and his family. They are so kind and helpful and they answered every question we asked. They reminded me of the host family I had in Italy many years ago and my sisters and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
