Advanced- 20 get-up burpees total, then: 6 rounds for time 1) straight leg EQ row x 15 2) hanging knee to elbow x 15 or EQ hanging knee to chest x 15 3) KB swings x 15 4) Alt GMs x 20 total 5) KB SDLHP x 15 6) stairs (1 down, 3 up). Substitute MCs for stairs, 30 total MP warm up- jumping jacks, MCs, slow mo MCs, opposite hands to feet MP: 6 rounds for time 1) burpees x 10 2) SDLHP x 10 (use DBs or KBs) 3) get ups x 5 4) Alt GMs x 20 total 5) butterfly x 20
