12/6/14 - URGENT FOSTER HOME NEEDED OR A NEW HOME. I received a call from Rita on 12/2/14, and was finally able to get back to her today. These 2 puppies were dumped at her house, and she cant keep them. She is elderly, her husband passed away in January, and then her son was killed by an underage driver a few months after that. She is going to the hospital Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. to see a neuro surgeon. She has to leave at noon on Monday to take her two dogs into boarding, but cant afford to take these two pups. She doesnt know how long she will be in the hospital. She gave a $50 donation, which I can use toward their care. I dont really have a place for them right now; we currently have around 60 dogs. I can provide everything they need, I just need a foster location for right now, or a new home. They appear to be 8 to 10 weeks old. My first thought when walking up to them is Boxer, but there is no under bite. They could be a Boxer mix though. I looked up pictures of Boxer puppies and found a few pictures that look like these two. The female puppy has the darker Brown patches, and the male has the ligher Brown patches.
