12-9-14 Warm up: Active stretch dowel dislocates 3X12 ring rows, hand release push ups, box jump overs Strength: Overhead squats Take 15-20 minutes to find, 5 RM 3 RM (work straight into the 3 rep from the 5 rep) Conditioning: EMOM odd-2 hang snatch + 2 OHSQ 135/95 (for scaling, this should be a heavy but unbroken sequence) even-10 double unders *each round you will add an additional 10 double unders. the 2nd round you will do 20, 3rd you will do 30 etc. (if you dont have DUs scale regular jump ropes 1:1 for todays purposes)
