12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS | DAY 6: 6 WIDE STANCE PUSH UPS This exercise will effectively engage your entire body if done properly. Place your feet wider than hip distance apart and hands wider than shoulders. Point your fingers in slightly, but keep your toes pointing straight ahead. As always, engage your core and press your weight back through your heels. Inhale as you lower your body toward the ground in one even plane and exhale as you explode back up to start. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• To modify, place your knees on the ground but be sure to keep those abs in and up! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Your circuit is now half way to completion with the following moves! •1 Burpee •2 180° Squat Jumps •3 Tricep Dips •4 Ski Jumps + Single Leg Squats •5 Curtsey Lunges + Side Kicks •6 Wide Stance Push Ups
