12 days of Fitmas continues with another fun & easy idea for helping kids focus on health and fitness during the holiday season. DAY 11: Do the Reindeer Shuffle. Heres how it goes: Start in a running position with one arm/leg forward and the other one back. Hold the pose, then hop onto the other leg and switch your arms. Its like a reindeer dashing through the sky. Keep going until your spent, grab a sip of water and then go for another round. I recommend singing Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer while doing it to make it extra fun! #Fitmas #kids #WorkoutWednesday
