12 days of hell... Sent my babies to New Mexico, the boy to be - TopicsExpress

12 days of hell... Sent my babies to New Mexico, the boy to be shown and the girl to be a trade for a former boy I used to own....This was done after many photos, videos, discussions. After I paid their way there the breeder decided that the girl was not what was wanted. This breeder told me once and I trusted what was said ...that your contract is only as good as your word.... I was ready for Tinkerbell to come home however the breeder decided to schedule my girls baby canines to be removed (all four of them!) this was NOT the breeders choice! We said send them home, but without my permission Tinkerbell baby canines were pulled and the breeders vet was under the impression the Tink belong to the breeder. Even with children we have permission health slips! I then said send them both home now. The breeder told me to schedule flight for Saturday. When I did and asked the breeder to pay for shipping both ways since I was not the one to back out of our original plan the breeder said Find their own way home .. leaving me to have to come up with all the money for them to fly home only 11 days after they arrived and with Tinkerbell still recovering from oral surgery! ... This morning at 7am they finally are home here in our loving arms and so happy to see US. I learned a big lesson from this, $1500 later from shipping expenses alone and not to mention what the papillons went through! After they were in the air yesterday, I get a message saying how the breeder wanted to purchase my boy and would give me a time frame. Lovely huh? Im so grateful they are home and I do have to speak up when people do you wrong. Its just not fair... and not fair for the paps either.
