12 weeks ago tonight our lives were changed, with Donnie Martins accident. I am thinking it was a meant to be change, I think God was telling us all it is time for ya all to slow down, and smell the roses. Life as we all know now is to precious and short. Donnie continues to do well, but it is a slow process, many people think he should be up and doing more.. Not hardly.. Went to Dr Kase today for checkup on wound and it is still healing but looking good as with everything else, I did not know that bones do cause swelling. So his collar bone is still swollen as are his ribs, crazy! He asked the dr why he is so tired and has no get up and go.Dr said I dont think you know exactly how critical you were, you were a very sick man and it is going to take a while. He is getting there he does rest but I notice not as many naps. He is gaining a little weight back. So we have come along way in 12 long wks! We all are adapting to are new way of life, but hard to get use to it, as you all know Donnie was go, go, go all the time. The boys I think are doing good, Dylan is back in school, and continues to work, Cody is still running the business and doing a awesome job at it,, he also continues to work at the car wash. I still have my moments but it is getting better. Please to continue prayers. We would also like to ask for prayers for Brenda Redmond, also for all involves in the accident over the weekend.
