12 years ago was working at the Subase Police Dispatch Center.day shift. Heard what was going on, was a major player in securing the subase against what we did not know that could happen at any time. When I finnaly got home around midnight and took my then Lab Smokey outsid I was struck by the stillness of the night. Very little traffic no planes ect. That was when I sat down on the grass and started to cry. Allthe emotions of the day had sunk in and realized that I had played a part in something that would change the world forever. Never forget what real peace was becouse the freedom that we had then will never return.
