120,000 Mile Maintenance: This is all the stuff that Honda recommends so that they can charge you through the roof! But, as long as you pick out the important items and either do them yourself, or have a trust mechanic do them, then youre good! I would have adjusted the valves at 90K, so if you havent, then this would be a good time to consider that too. This is what Honda recommends, only because they can charge you for everything they even think that they can think of. What you have to do is pick out the most important ones that apply to your Element and either do them yourself or have a trusted independent mechanic take care of them.
